Adam McPherson Available Now

Hey, I’m Adam! I’m a personal injury attorney at Kaufman & McPherson, PLLC. I began my legal career in 2002, initially handling a variety of cases, including family law, before focusing exclusively on representing injured clients. I grew up in Harrison County and graduated from Liberty High School before earning my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Fairmont State College. I started my legal education at Thomas Cooley Law School in Michigan before returning to West Virginia to complete my law degree at WVU College of Law. While in law school, I gained hands-on experience as a law clerk for The Law Offices of Kevin S. Kaufman, and after passing the bar, I joined the firm as an associate attorney. Since then, my practice has focused on helping clients who have been injured in car accidents, commercial trucking accidents, and dog attacks, as well as those suffering from serious workplace injuries. When I’m not advocating for my clients, I’m spending time with my wife and three kids in Clarksburg. I’m active in my church, and you’ll often find me on the baseball field, serving as an officer and coach for Pony League baseball.
