I am a litigation focused attorney with experience defending clients throughout Alaska. My goal as an attorney is to get my clients the best possible outcome whether that is a negotiated settlement or contested hearing/trial. I have completed dozens of jury trials and handled hundreds of criminal matter ranging from traffic tickets to murder. As a workers' compensation attorney, I have negotiated and settled complex matters, prevailed at contested hearings, and argued cases before the Appeals Commission and Alaska Supreme Court. I have experience as both an insurance defense attorney and plaintiff attorney.
