Abigale Farley Available Now

Abigale is a dedicated and results-driven attorney capable of handling a wide range of civil litigation matters. Abigale has represented both individuals and businesses in complex matters, including personal injury, insurance claims, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, property disputes, shareholder disputes, construction litigation, and general business litigation, among others. Abigale has extensive litigation experience both in and out of the courtroom. She has successfully tried multiple jury trials and bench trials and has often helped clients avoid trial altogether by obtaining summary judgment or achieving a favorable outcome through negotiation and settlement. Abigale was born and raised in South Dakota. She graduated cum laude and obtained her J.D. in 2021 from the University of South Dakota School of Law in Vermillion. Following graduation, Abigale joined the Cutler Law Firm, LLP in Sioux Falls, South Dakota where she still practices today.
