I am the founding attorney of Mashni Law, PLLC. I focus my entire practice on defending those accused of violating state and federal criminal laws, students and faculty accused of violating university code of conduct rules, and licensed professionals accused of misconduct. I have successfully tried several cases to jury. My jury trial experience includes federal drug trafficking and firearms, state felony crimes, state misdemeanor crimes, DUIs, and personal injury. My mission is clear - to defend the innocent, seek mercy for those who have made mistakes, and protect my clients’ rights by ensuring they are treated in accordance with the standards and principles of justice. Legal issues don’t always arise between 9-5 on weekdays. That’s why I offer individualized attention to detail, concierge-level support, and most importantly a dedication to achieving results.
