Attorney Kim obtained his law degree from the University of California College of the Law in San Francisco and holds memberships in both the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association and the American Bar Association. He has been specializing in federal and immigration law since 2004, with a wealth of experience in various legal settings, including the California State Court and multiple law firms. His legal knowledge and skill spans across federal law, immigration law, removal/deportation defense, criminal law, corporate law, and litigation. Notably, Attorney Kim also serves as the Director of the law firm’s pro bono and charity program, Giv2 America, allowing him to employ his legal skills to provide assistance to those in need.
