Jerry heads the Litigation Department of Normandin, Cheney & O'Neil. He is an experienced Personal Injury Attorney, advocating for victims of defective products, severe automobile accidents, police misconduct and civil rights violations. Additionally, Jerry represents injured workers before the New Hampshire Department of Labor and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. In 1976, Jerry earned his B.A. at St. Michaels College. He received his J.D. from DePaul University in 1979. After law school, Jerry joined Normandin, Cheney & O’Neil. Jerry is a sustaining member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and American Association for Justice. He a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association and Belknap County Bar Association. Jerry is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, the U. S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
